As a first step towards hardware interface, Access Control through RFID, Smart Card & finger print reader has been successfully integrated with our HRMS. The data capture is directly imported into the application through their SDK which avoids distortion of information and repetition in recapture.
Standard and statutory reporting system is developed to accommodate various needs of corporate working process. The data capture is directly used for the Payroll processing, Attendance management and Staff alert system. This is very useful for corporate with offices at different location. Staff access to different location travelling on duty can be enabled online which is yet another fool proof mechanism.
